Why is my new iphone not connecting to icloud?

1. Restart all devices.

2. Turn Notability off and back on in iCloud Drive for all devices.

Mac: Press ⌘Q while in Notability.
2. Turn Notability off in iCloud Drive on all devices.
iOS: Under "Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive", turn Notability off.
Mac: Under "System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options", uncheck Notability.
3. Restart all devices.
4. Turn Notability on in iCloud Drive on all devices.
iOS: Under "Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive", turn Notability on.
Mac: Under "System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options", check Notability.
5. Turn iCloud on in Notability on all devices.
iOS: Under "Notability > Settings > iCloud", turn iCloud on.
Mac: Under "Notability > Preferences", turn iCloud on.

3. Log out of and back into iCloud on all devices.

1. Log out of iCloud on each device.
iOS: Under "Settings > iCloud", tap "Sign Out".
Mac: Under "System Preferences > iCloud", click "Sign Out".
2. Restart all devices.
3. Log in to iCloud on each device.
iOS: Under "Settings > iCloud", sign in.
Mac: Under "System Preferences > iCloud", sign in.
4. Turn iCloud on in Notability on each device.
iOS: Under "Notability > Settings > iCloud", turn iCloud on.
Mac: Under "Notability > Preferences", turn iCloud on.

4. See if syncing is prohibited. 

To check, go to "Settings > General" If there is a "Profiles" button.

If you don’t remember the security questions, click on I can’t any of these options.
