How do I change my email and password on my SBCGlobal account?

  • Now, in the top left corner of the page, the users will see an option of Hi, your first name. Users just have to select on it.
  • Select on the option yahoo account information.
  • Click on manage passwords and account security option.
  • The users will then be directed to a new page namely the AT&T online management page.
  • In the OLAM page, the users need to fill their email address and password.
  • Users will be directed to a new page where they’ll be able to change their password.

  • From the web browser, the user wants to go to the web address "att.net".
  • Then, the user needs to tap on the Sign in button which is on the upper right-hand corner of the login page of Sbcglobal email account.
  • The users may then click on the option stating 'Forgot Sbcglobal Password option which is in the interface underneath the Password field. Then, the user needs to confirm the Password box.
  • The user needs to enter the User ID and the Last Name.
  • The user needs to press on the Continue button.
  • The users may select to get a temporary password or answering of the security questions.
  • Then, the user needs to select the option stating ‘Send me a temporary password’.
  • In case, the user chooses the temporary password, then AT&T will send an email with a temporary password. 
  • The users may then now create a new password for AT&T login.


If you don’t remember the security questions, click on I can’t any of these options.
