When I try to login to my sbcglobal.net (for example yahoo,google,) email, I put in my user name and then press "enter" so I can set my password, but then I am redirected to an att.net login page where I would have to sign in all over again. I don't feel comfortable with signing in again on this at login. Has my account been hacked?We are happy to help you regain access to your email account.
We're going to have to reset your password, and there are following steps to reset your password:-
1. Visit the Forgot Password page.
2. Choose the "Password".
3. Enter your full AT&T email address and enter your last name.
4. Choose Continue option.
5. From the drop-down menu, select "I'll answer my security questions".
6. Answer the security questions that you set for your account.
7. Choose Continue.
8. Enter your new password choice.
9. Press continues option.
10. You should receive a message in your inbox saying that your new password Choose has been successful. At that point it will log out and bring you back to your login page to enter in your name password and log back into the system.
Once you create the new password, make sure it is save in a secure place so that you never forget the password.
If you don’t remember the security questions, click on I can’t any of these options.
